My aim - To report on hair and my bald status with a fruit only diet.

- From today I will start uploading photos of myself and how my hair has been looking since I have started to go bald.
-Now look I don't have a low self esteem or anything like that any more, as God has healed me from that, and secondly I am married to the most beautiful girl in the world (No it is not because I am rich :) ) But I want to do this for other people that could be interested.
And if my hair would re grow naturally (With my fruit only diet) I would be more than happy - as I have tried a lot of things that did not do anything or little at all.

I have since the beginning of this year started to use the below regime, and it DID start growing new hair... but I believe now, after a lot of research and personal realization that a fruit only diet is the best for me, and I have full confidence that my hair will grow back where fine terminal (peach fuzz) hairs are still visible, on a fruit only diet.

I have done these things since the beginning of the year
- A prostate complex (will give exact amounts later) containing Saw palmetto / nettle root / zinc / selenium / african bark
-400 mg of beta sitosterol
- 2 months back I have added 400 mg of extra stinging nettle root
- daily topical mixture (Massaged in) of cayenne pepper / sea salt /almond oil / olive oil / a alcohol based dandelion root tincture.

These has grown over a period of 4 months a significant amount of new baby hairs, AND have turned a lot of previous unseen hairs in to little black ones.
I also followed a daily vigorous massage and scalp relaxing exercise, which is done my quickly rubbing one's scalp around up and down.

I will with my fruit only diet still continue the Cayenne pepper mix with ginger juice, head massages and the addition of bay rum , bergamot essence and almond oil mixture.

I will post pictures as I go of the past present and future fruit boosted hair ;)

Good luck to all that struggle with hair loss.. as many men have inner sadness about this possibly for the rest of their lives. I have found that only God has the power to heal your heart and show one that it is NOT about your hair but about your heart..
And by there will always be that girl, whom will love your bald head like you will never be able to understand :)
